Youth who are in school, youth who have dropped out of school, and youth who have recently graduated from school are encouraged to contact the Guernsey County Opportunity Center to discuss educational and career opportunities. 

Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) offers FREE classes for anyone over 18 years of age (16 and 17 year olds that meet a certain criteria are eligible) who did not complete high school or anyone who wishes to improve academic skills. Classes are open to enrollment at anytime.
